The Intuitive Business Whisperer
Business Consulting & Strategy
I don't consult in silos.
Tell me about your marketing and I'll end up asking about your pricing, your team, your burnout, because it's all connected, and pretending otherwise is how businesses stay stuck. I hear what you're not saying, the real problem sitting underneath the symptom you walked in describing. Call that holistic if you want to be polite.
I call it seeing the whole animal instead of just the part that's currently bleeding.
This isn't a party trick.
At twenty, running my first retail store, I learned to know exactly how many customers were in my store at any given moment, and what was in their hands, because my district manager would arrive unannounced and quiz me on it.
As assistant manager of a ten million dollar cosmetics department at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, I learned every piece of that business, not because I asked to, but because my manager's style demanded it.
Timekeeping for sixty employees.
Running the selling floor.
Conducting vendor meetings.
Interacting with buyers and store management.
Placing orders back when buying happened at the store level.
Working stock when the floor needed it.
I wasn't just supporting the department, I learned to run it, right alongside her.
Some of what I know is plain common sense.
Some of it is intuition I can't fully explain and don't need to. All of it is practical. You're not hiring me for theory, you're hiring me because I see what's actually happening in your business, not what you've been telling yourself is happening.
Need more customers?
Many business owners create more programs to counter the ones that may not be selling. But that only works if your only problem is your offer. And how often is that the case? I will determine if the offer is the issue or if it is just a symptom, as well as any other challenges that are costing you business.
Don't know how to price your products?
Stop stabbing at numbers in the dark (with a dull blade, no less) and learn what numbers go into your pricing and why. Does charging full price make your stomach hurt? We will identify the root and annihilate the fear and insecurity that tell you you're not worth it.
Or are you just too close to your own business to see any of it clearly?
You can't tell if the problem is marketing, pricing, staffing, etc., or if you are simply burned out. You talk. As I listen, I will find the clarity in the chaos and we will navigate it together.
Need someone to just handle it?
Hire me for the doing, too. Take a task off your plate entirely, run a project, sit in on the thing you've been avoiding. In person when it makes sense, remote when it doesn't.
These are but a few examples of how we can work together. But know this…
In front of me, nothing stays hidden.
Not the real number behind your pricing fear, not the thing you've been calling a marketing problem that isn't one, not the burnout you've been mistaking for a business problem. The bleeding is just the part you can see. I'm looking at the whole animal, and that's how you get answers that actually fix what's wrong instead of another bandage on the same old wound.
You don't need a proposal, you need someone to actually listen.
