You know how I say that when we work on manifesting something it may arrive differently than we expect it to? It may come via an avenue we did not know existed or it might look completely different than anticipated.
Well, I experienced a ridiculous example of exactly this. I was playing one of the word games I play every morning. I got to spin the lucky wheel to win different kinds of clues. Of course I focused on winning 1000 gems because, well, 1000 was the biggest number on the screen. My heart sank a little (ok, that might be a little dramatic) when the wheel stopped at 10 lightbulbs. I mean, who would be happy with 10 when one is lusting after 1000? Then it dawned on me. I had been given exactly what I wanted!
In this game, 10 lightbulbs equals 1000 gems.
Yes, this is a silly example but I have experienced this in more meaningful ways in the past. Today’s reminder has me looking around and asking myself if there is anything that I am overlooking and not appreciating because it is a gem disguised as a lightbulb. How about you?
